Kwasi is a registered nurse and a doctoral student at the University at Buffalo studying to be a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He is the founder of the Psychedelic Society of Western New York and Psychonauts of the World, a project which shares meaningful psychedelic stories with the intention of publishing them in a book as an avenue to raise money for psychedelic research.
One of his major priorities is harm reduction. He incorporated an organization known as Emergence-In to provide various harm reduction services, including psychedelic harm reduction at music festivals across Western New York. Another priority he has concerns shifting the stigma associated with psychedelics and their users through the practice of community service.
Kwasi is one of the administrators for the Global Psychedelic Network, a conglomerate of psychedelic groups and individuals from around the world. Through this he helps to facilitate connections across groups and organizations to further the psychedelic movement.
